N0NOE North 2 (Owensville) Is On The Air

We have made permanent the temporary repeater that was here in Owensville, MO.  Instead of it being another DMR repeater, however, it is now an Allstar Link repeater.  It is fully connected to the Internet and has all available Allstar Link functions.  Please give it a try!  Here are the specifics:

141.3 tone

Since its antenna is fairly low, I expect it will have a relatively small footprint.  Please let me know your status and signal reports!
