N0NOE South Static Talkgroups Have Changed

In an effort to limit the impact of our local group communications on the BYRG and their repeaters, I have changed the static talkgroup on timeslot 2 to Central Missouri (31296).  This is more geographically appropriate for us and likely effects far fewer repeaters with our traffic.  I would encourage all the folks in our area to use Central Missouri as your default talk group for local area communications.

Of course you may still use BYRG on the repeater, but if you do, please use it on timeslot 1.  To do so you only need to change the timeslot number in your BYRG channel that you have programmed into your radio for our repeater.
